Urwatt is the Association of Hydroelectric Energy Producers of Spain.
The typical member profile is the owner of one or two mini power plants with capacities between 200 kW and 1000 kW.
The Association was created in 2002 with the aim of promoting hydroelectric energy while safeguarding the rights of small producers.
The Association offers the following services to non-producer members:
• Supplier Catalogue
The Association provides its producer members with a catalogue of suppliers specialized by topic. The non-producer members make up this catalogue.
Urwatt undertakes not to include more than three options for each topic.
Any inquiry on a given topic will be referred to the corresponding non-producer members.
• Email Campaigns and Notifications
Urwatt makes its network of contacts available to non-producer members.
This allows a non-producer member to send mailings about market news, special offers, inaugurations/experiences, etc., to all producer members.
• Commercial Presentation at the General Assembly
A non-producer member has the opportunity to make a brief commercial presentation during the general assemblies. Such presentations must be arranged in advance.
